The Cryo Mini Hose measures six feet in length, and is constructed of premium quality materials to ensure durability and optimum performance. This treatment hose has a nozzle connector that allows the operator to easily connect the Cryo Mini Hose to the Cryo Mini cooler. By pushing up, rotating slightly clockwise, and than pulling down gently the Cryo Mini Hose will lock into place at the air outlet of the unit. There is an Allen screw inside the nozzle connector that must align with the grooves of the air outlet in order for the hose to remain in the lock position. The grooves in the air outlet can be referenced as a bayonet catch. The bayonet catch permits the hose to be connected. Once the hose is in position, the chilled air from the Zimmer Cooler unit can be delivered to the treatment site via this application tube. The Cryo Mini unit can deliver around -10C air continously through this insulated treatment tube, successfully and effectively, without frost buildup or leaks. The operator can remove the Zimmer Cryo Mini Hose by gently pushing up on the nozzle connector, than turning the connector counterclockwise, and finally pulling forward. This should release the tube connection from the bayonet catch.

The purchase of a Cryo Mini Hose includes a New Cryo Mini Hose with nozzle connector, the focusing tip or adapter is sold separate.
The customer has 30 days to return the item. All returns must first receive a return authorization number from CryoTec. The item must be unused and still in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee. All refunds will be issued after the item has been received, inspected, and approved. CryoTec reserves the right to reject a return at any point.
The operator should never pull the treatment tube when trying to move the Zimmer Cooler. The Cryo Mini is on wheels and can be easily moved without pulling on the treatment tube. The Zimmer Cryo Mini Hose should not be stretched or pulled on when trying to reach those hard to treat areas. Pulling or stretching the hose can cause damage, compression points, and holes inside the treatment tube. You can determine if there is damage to the tube by running your hand over the entire length of the hose feeling for air gaps, the unit must be running while performing this test. Some Cryo Mini Hoses that have air leaks will have air releasing at the leak site and might present moisture or frost around the site. Air traveling from the cooler to the treatment site should only be released at the end of the hose not anywhere else. If air is being released elsewhere on the hose, it may be a sign of a hole in the treatment tube. If no air is blowing out from the hose or the air stream is weak, you may want to disconnect the therapy tube from the Cryo Mini unit and blow through it to check for blockages, holes, or compression points. Holes, blockages, and compression points effect the performance of the Zimmer Cryo Mini Cooler and can reduce the amount of air that may reach the treatment site during the course of a treatment. You will need to replace the Zimmer Cryo Mini Hose if a hole, blockage, or compression point is determined.
The Cryo Mini Hose is specifically designed for the Cryo Mini unit. The Cryo Mini Hose is specifically designed for the Cryo 5 chiller, this is the same for the Cryo 6 cooler. You can’t use any other Zimmer Cryo Hose for the Cryo Mini unit except the Cryo Mini Hose. Certain laser manufacturers make their own Cryo Hoses, we sell the standard Zimmer MedizinSystems Cryo Hoses that fit the Cryo Mini units.
